Vacation and things...

For Christmas we were given a vacation to the Outer Banks, from my mom. The vacation is for the family, her and my step-dad and all of the kids. This was obviously an awesome gift! We had to flop the week and change the house but here's what we've got
The house is on a 4x4 beach so that will be a first for us, but that also means there will be sand in my toes before I even reach the beach...in love! So, yay the beach house is booked but my body says nay. I've been so far into the "I don't give a shit" mentality when it comes to diet that it's clearly shown in my clothing and my self esteem. So I'm using this gift as a gift to myself. New year, vacation booked, time to get my ass in gear. With my new Meal Planning system, I hope to establish better eating habits and trying to create and achieve smaller goals to win in the long run. I'm basically at the same point I was last time, 2012 I believe, when I decided enough was enough.
The Plan:
Well it's easy stop eating junk food and get my ass to the gym, easy enough right?!
Working from home well that makes things hard especially knowing there is Rhebs chocolates ontop the microwave...hello?!
It's gonna take lots of willpower but I think I can do it...I think I can, I think I can....

The worst part is I've been here and done all of this, but for whatever awful reason I ate my way up to where I was. It's amazing how much work it takes to loose weight, gain muscle and definition just to have a crappy week or two and notice change in that small amount of time. The plan is to eat better, healthier for now then to focus more on clean eating, drinking more shakes all while working out at least 5 days a week. The gym starts tomorrow...if I can't make the gym there's T25 and Jillian DVDs....no excuse there's simply no excuse...both DVDs are less then 30 minutes it's gotta be done...it will be done...it has to be done...my mood, my body, and health need it and I will do it.  New gym attire may or may not help this choice haha! Walmart.com here I come! Of coarse there are fancier workout clothes elsewhere but I love Walmart's selection and prices...but one of my resolutions was also to live within my means and the fact that I have two weeks or more worth of workout outfits shows I don't "need" new clothes....anyway enough blabbing...time to get dinner together!  And get ready for our normal routine tomorrow to include an alarm set for 4:30am and a meeting with Gym ;)  Happy Sunday and here's to a great week!!!
