Last evening I completed day 3. It has gotten easier, today I don't hurt nearly as bad as I have the past two days. After my workout last night I did 110 crunches. I think I'll do level 1 another night or two and add some crunches and other ab workouts then move on to level 2. I also redid my measurements yesterday because I was questioning where to measure my waist haha so I searched online and I was measuring wrong so here goes the measurements:
Bust 32 :( haha
Waist 30
Hips 37 1/4
Thighs r 22 1/2 l 23
Butt 40 1/2
Arms r 10 1/4 l 10
As you may have noticed, I also added some measurements, I'm just curious to see how everything will pan out! Dinner was not salad! We actually had fish sticks, green beans, country fried apples, and rye bread with butter. I had 3 fish sticks, a tablespoon of green beans, thanks to my green beans eating daughter who cleared her plate, mine and her fathers of green beans! I'm not complaining and gladly gave them up to her! I had 3 pieces of apple and a piece of bread and before bed I had a small bowl of shredded wheat with skim milk.
