Updates, Updates!

Welp I haven't posted since December, yikes! So a new challenge, I'd like to post once a day for at least the next 30 days. I recently completed a biggest loser challenge with some family. And I won!! I plan to continue my journey by doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! 
30 day shred.. just ordered it from walmart for super cheap- i'm hoping this will be as effective as everyone says!
So, I'm not gonna post before pics, I think I may after a week, I will take weekly pics but not 100% sure I'll post them. Along with working out, I plan to continue with healthy eating and finding better meals and eating habits for my family. When I crave chocolate I eat Nutella. When I crave sweet I head for the fridge for some fruit. I do cave sometimes and eat a few M & Ms, afterall every woman has their time of month ; )!

Welp I'm off to get day 2 started!!!!!!  I can hardly move so this ought to be interesting!!!!!! Wish me luck :)

You can do it girl. I start day 2 of Brazil Butt Lift tonight! I just keep picturing myself in a bathing suit this summer and I want to feel confident wearing it in public!!! Haha
