Last night I wrapped up day 5 of the 30 day shred. It is becoming a lot easier, so I think this weekend it will be time to tart level 2. I barely hurt today, but good news I've lost 2 pounds!
Yesterday's meals included:
Breakfast:
Coffee
Lunch:
Bottle of water
Small bowl of honey nut Cheerios with skim milk
Dinner:
Half of a thin pork chop, grilled
1/4 of a baked potato with butter
And a cup or more of broccoli
Snack I did have a small bowel of shredded wheat with skim milk after my workout.
I haven't figured out how or when I will fit my workout in, right after work I will need to gather my stuff and head to my cousin's for my first thirty one party! Super excited! The workout is only 20 minutes so maybe I can squeeze it In when I get home, we shall see! Happy Friday!!
