Yesterday was day 6 of my 30 day shred challenge. I worked all day, then had to get ready to go to work again, I sell thirty-one and had a show for my cousin. Got home around 11pm got the kids in bed, needless to say I didn't exercise :(. But yesterday I had a little stomach bug I think, nothing agreed with me and I surely was not in the mood to eat anything. But here is what I did eat:
Breakfast:
Coffee
banana
bottle water
Lunch:
Small bowl of honey nut cheerios with skim milk
a bottle or two of water
Dinner:
didn't happen
snack:
Another bowl of cheerios with skim milk
So me being so damn impatient decided I'd weigh and do measurements today rather then wait til tomorrow. And I'm thrilled!!!!
So here was my starting results:
Bust 32
Waist 30
Hips 37 1/4
Thighs r 22 1/2 l 23
Butt 40 1/2
Arms r 10 1/4 l 10
Starting weight 123
And here are day 6 results:
Bust still 32
Waist 27 3/4 - that's 2 1/4 inch difference!!!
Hips 35 3/4
Thighs R 22 L 22 - that's an inch difference!!!
Butt 39 3/4
Arms R 10 L 10
My weight this morning 119!!!!! I guess I was really seeing/feeling results around day 2. I'm totally stoked!!!! I'll take pics tomorrow since that will be officially a week since I started. Not sure yet if I'll post or not! With this being said it's time to go do my workout for today!!!!!!!
